Amazon.com is now selling a Sylvania Blu-ray player for $199 -- 31 percent off the regular price. The player, model NB501SL9, can play Blu-ray high-def discs, upconvert standard-def DVDs to improve their image and also play audio CDs.

The player offer Picture-in-Picture availability, but does not offer BD Live, the latest standard for interactive features on Blu-ray players.
