"Dish needs a merger with DIRECTV bad."

Only if Liberty/DirecTV becomes the controlling partner, I will never tolerate Charlie in charge of DirecTV.

Oh, well then, I guess it can't happen because YOU cannot tolerate it.

In fact, Charlie is probably the reason your DirecTV bill is as low as it is, as he fights all the price increases from the greedy networks at Dish, it helps DirecTV as well. He may be a tough guy to the providers and networks, but he is on your side as a viewer and consumer. Obviously you have no clue.....

Charlie is a stupid idiot, they used to have a competitive product, but they kept removing popular channels, and never respecting their customers. Bad!!!
I will pay them $130 and switch to Uverse, even Uverse charges more $$$, I just can't tolerate Dish any more!

Plus, they just quietly increased their "Everything Pak" by $3 a month (Feb.), without providing a single new channel! Just like a cable co., and in this economy, a very stupid thing to do.
As far as providing HD, sorry that I left Direct TV. Very disappointed in EchoStar/Dish.

If they want to be better , a good place to start might be to make it company policy to never lie , trick or deceive their customers in any way . Then stick by that policy . But I doubt they will do either ! Cliff
