The Wall Street Journal writes
that Dish has confirmed that it has pulled the ad and a video of
the ad has been removed from YouTiube.

Swanni's Take:
It doesn't sound like Dish Network to pull an ad because of what
a bunch of celebrities think. My guess is that other companies
who use celebrities in their ads complained to Dish. So, the
satcaster pulled the ad because they didn't want to offend
current and potential advertisers.
