Washington, D.C. (March 16, 2008) -- Okay, who looks the hottest in high-def? Jessica Alba or Penelope Cruz?

In round two of the Front Projection division of HDTV Hottie Hysteria -- our first annual elimination tournament to determine the hottest female star in high-def -- we pit Alba (top seed in the Front Projection division) against Cruz (fourth seed).

Jessica easily defeated Christina Aguilera in round one, 77-23, while Penelope beat Anne Hathaway, 59-41.

Alba (above), the star of such movies as The Fantastic Four, has become one of Hollywood's top sex symbols.


But Cruz (above), the star of Volver and Vanilla Sky, is no pushover here thanks to her sensual good looks.
