Mark Harmon: Does He Dislike Cote de Pablo?
By Allison Moore

Washington, D.C. (September 14, 2013) - Editor's Note: TV's Answer Woman, aka Allison Moore, takes your questions regarding TV stars and shows. If you have a question about TV entertainment, ask TV's Answer Woman by sending an e-mail to swann@tvpredictions.com

Q. I heard some disparaging remarks by Mark Harmon regarding the lovely Cote De Pablo on some TV show. Does he not like her? -- Aida, Las Vegas.

Aida, the entire NCIS team, from CBS CEO Les Moonves to the show's star, Mark Harmon, seems to be having difficulty dealing with Cote de Pablo's decision to leave the show. Moonves hinted recently there was money issues involved and now Harmon has weighed in with a less than flattering reaction.

Speaking to Arsenio Hall on his TV talk show, Harmon suggested de Pablo's exit will have little impact on the show's success or lack thereof.

Zap2it.com writes that Harmon said her departure is just another change on a show that has seen several changes over the years, but has remained tops in the ratings. "We've had a lot of changes," he told Hall.

"We've managed to get better with the changes both in front of the camera and behind the camera."

I guess he doesn't think he'll miss his co-star of eight seasons. Okay...(By way, de Pablo's character is supposed to go sometime in mid-season.)

I can only say, Aida, that the reaction to Cote's decision gets weirder every day and I do believe we haven't gotten the real story. It will be fascinating to see how the show's writers conjure up an exit for her character, special agent Ziva David.
