significant barrier for customers interested in buying a pretty
big TV," said a Best Buy spokesman.
The newspaper speculates that such promotions could become
permanent in the CE field as competition between retail stores
and e-commerce sites increases. Sears has also added a free
delivery feature to select high-def sets.
