Best Buy 'Doorbuster' Deals --
Revealed!

HDTV for $79.99? Or a Samsung Stratosphere for...Free!
Those are just a few of the
"Black Friday" deals you can expect at Best Buy. The
CE retailer just unveiled its 'Doorbuster' specials for the big
shopping day.
Retailers traditionally offer deep discounts on the day after
Thanksgiving (Nov. 25), better known as Black Friday, the
unofficial start of the holiday shopping season. In the weeks
leading up to the big day, web sites such as Bfads.net and
BlackFriday.info receive previews of Black Friday ads that the
retailers are planning to run.
But Best Buy itself today decided to reveal four 'Doorbuster'
deals for Black Friday. Doorbuster deals are industry jargon for
products whose prices are dropped so low that they will lure
even reluctant consumers to come in.
The Best Buy Doorbuster deals for Black Friday will be:
Dynex 24-inch, 1080p LCD HDTV -- $79.99 Samsung 15.6"
Laptop w/ Pentium Processor, 4GB RAM& 320GB Hard Drive - $299.99
Samsung Stratosphere 4G LTE (Verizon) -- Free w/2 Yr. Service
Plan
3 Blu-ray Movies -- $9.99 each. (The movies are Green
Lantern, X-Men: First Class, and Fast Five.)
Best Buy said today it will also
sell a number of other discounted products at its web site on
Thanksgiving day. The list includes a Dynex 32-inch 720p LCD
HDTV and a Gateway laptop, but the retailer did not reveal the
prices.
