Washington, D.C. (March 24, 2008) -- Okay, who looks the hottest in high-def? Jessica Biel or Hayden Panettiere?

In the finals of the Rear Projection division of HDTV Hottie Hysteria -- our first annual elimination tournament to determine the hottest female star in high-def -- we pit Biel (second seed in the Rear Projection division) against Panettiere (eighth seed).

Jessica defeated Cameron Diaz and Charlize Theron to get to the finals while Hayden upset top-seed Nicole Kidman and fourth-seed Evangeline Lilly to advance.

Biel (above), the 26-year-old star of such movies as The Illusionist, is often called one of Hollywood's leading sex symbols.

But Panettiere (above), who stars on NBC's Heroes, is developing a strong following on the Net.
