The High-Definition network will begin running the episodes on June 13 at 8 p.m. ET.
The drama, which focuses on a quartet of Irish brothers in New York, was pulled from the air by NBC in April after just seven episodes.
However, the program has drawn a strong following online with 35,000 fans signing a petition demanding that NBC return the show to the air.
“The Black Donnellys is
a great show with an incredibly loyal fan and viewer base,”
HDNet co-founder Mark Cuban said in a statement. “We are excited
to air all 13 episodes including the seven that have never been
shown on TV before.”
HDNet says The Black Donnellys will air every Wednesday
at 8 p.m. ET. The series' executive producer is Paul Haggis, who
also produced such hits as Million Dollar Baby, Crash and
Letters from Iwo Jima.
