HDTV: For Men, Size Matters
Comcast releases Super Bowl study on high-def issues.

But not quite the way you think.
Comcast has just released a survey saying that 43 percent of men say the screen size of a High-Definition TV is most important when watching this Sunday's Super Bowl. Only 28 percent of women said that screen size matters.
When it comes to high-def, the question of "how big" has become a battleground point in many American living rooms. Men traditionally prefer a larger screen while women are more concerned over how the set adds (or detracts) from the room's decor.

New England's Tom Brady doesn't get the love from women?
But the Comcast study highlights other differences between men and women -- at least when it comes to viewing the Super Bowl in high-def.
* 24 percent of women say they are most looking forward to watching the Super Bowl commercials in HD, compared to 17 percent for men.
* When asked which player will look best in HD, men chose New England quarterback Tom Brady over Giants QB Eli Manning by a margin of 31-23. But women picked Manning by a margin of 24-23.
Comcast conducted a telephone survey of 1,006 Americans (503 men; 503 women) between January 24-27.
