Washington, D.C. (September 30, 2008) -- Comcast says it will add 12 new High-Definition channels in the Knoxville, Tennessee market on October 17.
The list of new channels includes: CNN, TBS, AMC, TLC, FX, Speed, Fox News, Speed Channel, Fox Sports, NFL Network, ABC Family and Disney Channel.
Unfortunately, the addition of TBS' high-def channel will come after the channel airs the first round of the Major League Baseball playoffs.
Comcast alerted Knoxville subscribers of the upcoming channel additions in an on-screen mail message posted in their interactive guides.
