Washington, D.C. (April 21, 2011) -- Dish Network announced today that it has added HBO GO and MAX GO to its DishOnline.com online VOD service.
Dish's customers who subscribe to HBO or Cinemax can now instantly watch up to 1,800 TV shows and movies, including Avatar, The Hangover, Up In the Air, Boardwalk Empire and True Blood. (HBOGo, which requires a subscription to HBO, has roughly 1,400 titles while MAXGo, which requires a Cinemax sub, has about 400 titles.)
The satcaster noted in a press release that most of the titles are available in high-def.

DIRECTV earlier this month added HBO Go and MAX Go for its HBO and Cinemax subscribers; DIRECTV viewers must access the VOD titles at HBOGo.com or MAXGo.com
