July 22: Kirsten Dunst, The HD Hottie

Washington, D.C. (July 22, 2009) -- Following our extremely popular contest, 'HD Hottie Hysteria,' we've started a new feature in which we will highlight a top female star every day. The gorgeous female will come from a program that can be seen in gorgeous high-def that very day.

Today's 'HD Hottie' is Kirsten Dunst, who stars tonight in high-def in Spider-man 3 at 5:15 p.m. ET on Starz Edge.

The 27-year-old actress, who was born in Port Pleasant, New Jersey, started as a child actor, appearing in the Tom Cruise film Interview With a Vampire at the age of 11. But she quickly won praise for her adult work in The Virgin Suicides, Bring It On and The Spider-man trilogy in which she plays Peter Parker's girlfriend, Mary Jane.

Her last film was How to Lose Friends and Alienate People and she reportedly will soon play Debbie Harry in a biopic about the Blondie lead singer. She also will return for the fourth installment of Spider-man, which is scheduled for release in 2011.
