Washington, D.C. (May 11, 2008) -- Following our extremely popular contest, 'HD Hottie Hysteria,' we've started a new feature in which we will highlight a top female star every day. The gorgeous female will come from a program that can be seen in gorgeous high-def that very day.

Today's 'HD Hottie' is Eva Longoria, who stars as vixen Gabrielle Solis in Desperate Housewives, which airs tonight in high-def on ABC at 9 p.m. ET.

The 33-year-old actress, who was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, is married to San Antonio Spurs guard Tony Parker.

Her first big TV role was in the soap opera, The Young & the Restless, but she hit it big when she was cast in 2004 as the sultry suburban adultress Gabby in Desperate Housewives.
