October 17: Anna Faris, The HD Hottie

Washington, D.C. (October 17, 2009) -- Following our extremely popular contest, 'HD Hottie Hysteria,' we've started a new feature in which we will highlight a top female star every day. The gorgeous female will come from a program that can be seen in gorgeous high-def that very day.

Today's 'HD Hottie' is Anna Faris, who will be featured in high-def tonight on The House Bunny at 8 p.m. ET on Starz Comedy.

The 32-year-old actress, who was born in Baltimore, Maryland, got her first big break in the horror spoof Scary Movie. She later starred in such films as Lost in Translation, Just Friends, Brokeback Mountain and The House Bunny.

Her comedic skills have also been on display in HBO's Entourage, in which she played herself. Her most recent movie is Observe and Report, which co-stars Seth Rogen and is now available on Blu-ray high-def disc.

Anna also recently married her long beau, Chris Pratt.
