Today's 'HD Hottie' is Heidi Klum, who stars tonight on Project Runway at 10 p.m. ET on Lifetime.
The 36year-old model, who was born in West Germany, got her first big break when she won a national German model contest at 19. She was soon offered a big contract with the New York-based Metropolitan Models. Heidi later appeared on countless magazine covers including Sports Illustrated, Vogue and Marie Claire and she became a fixture in the Victoria's Secret catalog.

In recent years, Heidi has branched out to star in reality shows, movies and sitcoms, often playing herself. She also recently starred in a commercial for for the Guitar Hero video game, mocking Tom Cruise's character in Risky Business.
Heidi is now hosting Project Runway, which recently began its new season on Lifetime.
