Today's 'HD Hottie' is Eva Mendes, who stars tonight in high-def in Late Night With Conan O'Brien on NBC at 12:30 a.m. ET (Wednesday morning.)
The 34-year-old actress, who was born in Miami, started acting in music videos before getting her first big break in 2001 in Training Day with Denzel Washington.
Mendes has since starred in such movies as Once Upon a Time, Hitch, We Own the Night and Out of Time (again with Denzel Washington.) She recently grabbed headlines for appearing without clothes in a print ad campaign for PETA.
Her next film will be The Spirit, based on a Frank Miller graphic novel and scheduled for release on Christmas day.
