July 15: Missy Peregrym, Today's HD Hottie!

Washington, D.C. (July 15, 2010) -- Following our extremely popular contest, 'HD Hottie Hysteria,' we've started a new feature in which we will highlight a top female star every day. The gorgeous female will come from a program that can be seen in gorgeous high-def that very day.

Today's 'HD Hottie' is Missy Peregrym, who stars tonight in high-def on Rookie Blue at 9 p.m.. ET on ABC.

The 28-year-old actress, who was born in Montreal, Canada, started as a model at the age if 18. She made her acting debut in the Jessica Alba TV series, Dark Angel. She later had guest starring roles in several TV series including Smallville.

Missy made her film debut in the 2006 film, Stick It, starred in the CW series Reaper, and she later had a recurring role in the NBC drama Heroes.
