Rebecca Romijn: Thursday Night's HD Hottie

Washington, D.C. (January 15, 2009) -- Following our extremely popular contest, 'HD Hottie Hysteria,' we've started a new feature in which we will highlight a top female star every day. The gorgeous female will come from a program that can be seen in gorgeous high-def that very day.

Today's 'HD Hottie' is Rebecca Romijn, who stars tonight in high-def in Ugly Betty at 8 p.m. on ABC.

The 36-year-old actress, who was born in Berkeley, California, started as a fashion model, capturing featured spots in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue and the Victoria's Secret catalog.

Her stunning good looks soon caught the eye of Hollywood talent scouts who cast her in such movies as X-Men, Femme Fatale, Rollerball and X-Men 2. She joined the cast of Ugly Betty in 2007, playing a transsexual fashion designer.
