Sarah Roemer: Today's HD Hottie

Washington, D.C. (July 9, 2008) -- Following our extremely popular contest, 'HD Hottie Hysteria,' we've started a new feature in which we will highlight a top female star every day. The gorgeous female will come from a program that can be seen in gorgeous high-def that very day.

Today's 'HD Hottie' is Sarah Roemer, who stars tonight in high-def in Disturbia at 10:30 p.m. ET on HBO.

The 23-year-old actress, who was born in San Diego, started modeling at the age of 15 when she was discovered by a fashion scout at a coffee shop.

Sarah quickly switched to acting, landing a part in the 2006 film, The Grudge 2, and then a pivotal role in Disturbia as Shai LeBeouf's next-door girlfriend Ashley.

The young actress is now in hot demand with several movies coming out soon, including Cutlass, Falling Up, Fired Up and Waking Madison.
