Emily Deschanel: Today's HD Hottie

Washington, D.C. (May 5, 2008) -- Following our extremely popular contest, 'HD Hottie Hysteria,' we've started a new feature in which we will highlight a top female star every day. The gorgeous female will come from a program that can be seen in gorgeous high-def that very day.

Today's 'HD Hottie' is Emily Deschanel, who plays Brennan in Fox's Bones which airs tonight at 8 p.m. ET.

The 31-year-old actress, whose sister Zooey is also an actress, has been featured in such movies as Spider-man 2, Glory Road and The Alamo.

Emily, a Los Angeles native who has been in Bones since the show's debut, is best known for her sparkling blue eyes and warm smile.
