Feb. 13: Estella Warren, The HD Hottie

Washington, D.C. (February 13, 2010) -- Following our extremely popular contest, 'HD Hottie Hysteria,' we've started a new feature in which we will highlight a top female star every day. The gorgeous female will come from a program that can be seen in gorgeous high-def that very day.

Today's 'HD Hottie' is the Estella Warren, who stars tonight in high-def in Planet of the Apes at 4:15 p.m. ET on HBO.

The 31-year-old actress, who was born in Canada, started as a fashion model, appearing in Sports Illustrated's swimsuit issue as well as Vogue and Vanity Fair. She turned to acting in 2001, landing a pivotal role as a driver's girlfriend in Sylvester Stallone's racing film, Driven.

Tim Burton then cast her in Planet of the Apes and she later starred in William H. Macy's cult hit, The Cooler.

In the last few years, Estella has been featured as a guest star on numerous TV shows, including Law & Order, Mental and Ghost Whisperer. She also participated in the ABC athletic reality series, The Superstars.
