March 1: Yvonne Strahovski, The HD Hottie

Washington, D.C. (March 1, 2010) -- Following our extremely popular contest, 'HD Hottie Hysteria,' we've started a new feature in which we will highlight a top female star every day. The gorgeous female will come from a program that can be seen in gorgeous high-def that very day.

Today's 'HD Hottie' is Yvonne Strahovski, who stars tonight in high-def in Chuck at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.

The 27-year-old actress, who was born in Australia, started her acting career down under in TV and movies. She sent an audition tape to the producers of NBC's Chuck before the show's first season. Within a week, she was cast in the role of superspy Sarah Walker.

Since starring in Chuck, she has appeared in a handful of films including I Love You, Too and The Canyon. She returns this year for Chuck's third season.
