Washington, D.C. (April 4, 2008) -- The people have spoken: Angelina Jolie is the hottest-looking female in High-Definition TV.

In the finals of HDTV 'Hottie Hysteria' -- TVPredictions.com's elimination tournament to determine who's the hottest female in high-def -- Jolie soundly defeated Jessica Alba, 62-38. (7,679 readers voted in the final contest.)

For the past month, TVPredictions.com posted a daily reader poll pitting one celebrity babe against another. Readers were asked to vote on which female looks best in high-def. Then, based on their votes, each winner moved to the next round.

Jolie, the top seed in the Plasma division of Hottie Hysteria, defeated Keira Knightley, Jessica Simpson, Jennifer Love Hewitt and Maria Sharapova before conquering Alba in the Finals.

On Monday, April 14, TVPredictions.com will launch a new elimination tournament to determine the best TV show in High-Definition.
