By Phillip Swann

Washington, D.C. (April 16, 2007) -- ESPN2's Mike and Mike In the Morning will begin broadcasting in High-Definition on May 7.

That's according to an article by The Hollywood Reporter.

Mike and Mike,
which airs from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. ET on weekdays, is hosted by SportsCenter anchor Mike Greenberg and Mike Golic, the former National Football League lineman.

The program is a simulcast of the duo's ESPN Radio show.

The newspaper reported that ESPN will also change the name of the morning studio show Cold Pizza to ESPN First Take and the program will go high-def on May 7 as well.

As previously reported, Cold Pizza will move production from New York to ESPN's Bristol, Connecticut headquarters to accommodate the switch to HD.

The show, which airs from 10 a.m. to noon ET on weekdays, will continue to be hosted by Jay Crawford and Dana Jacobson, The Hollywood Reporter said.
