Mischa Barton's Wild Night In LA
The O.C. actress huffs and 'puffs' and threatens to blow her career away.

Washington, D.C. (December 29, 2007) -- Mischa Barton, the former star of The O.C., must be saying 'OMG' today.

The actress faces a hearing in February after being arrested Thursday in West Hollywood on suspicion of driving under the influence.

In West Hollywood, that's known as normal driving.

But get this -- Mischa was also charged with possession of marijuana. My question: What possessed her?


Mischa: Pose for the officer, sweetie.

After babbling to the arresting officer, the 21-year-old Barton spent seven hours in a West Hollywood jail -- and then was released on $10,000 bail.

Barton was driving in West Hollywood at 2:45 a.m. in the morning when she was stopped.

Huh? Everyone knows that even West Hollywood has closed up at that hour.

Oh, I forgot, she also was charged with driving without a license and possessing a "controlled substance." according to police reports, as reported by the Associated Press.
