But which shows should you watch? And why?

Every day here at TVPredictions.com, I scan the HD programming aisles and serve up 10 programs so good -- so hot! -- that you can't miss them. Sports, movies, primetime comedies and drama -- they're all there and in beautiful high-def.

1. Ghost World
A nearly unrecognizable Thora Birch (American Beauty) stars as a plump high school grad who befriends a local geek played by the flawless and peerless Steve Buscemi. This simple, bittersweet comedy is lifted by the leads and the supporting work of Scarlett Johansson who plays Birch's pouty and obligatory hot sidekick. Fun movie -- and don't miss the first five minutes in which Birch dances wildly to a Bollywood musical.

2. NBA Playoffs

'Botox Belinda' Carlisle, Divorcin' Denise Richards, Stupid Steve-O, David Alan Grier, Lawrence Taylor, Julianne Hough and Hottie Holly Madison have been eliminated. Tonight, the remaining contestants dance off!
