In round one of the Plasma division of HDTV Hottie Hysteria -- our first annual elimination tournament to determine the hottest female star in high-def -- we pit Hilton (third seed in the Plasma division) against Williams (sixth seed).

Hilton, the erstwhile movie and music star, is frequently called one of Hollywood's hottest hotties.


But Vanessa (above), a former Miss America, is no Ugly Betty.
