4 Stars For Samsung 32-Inch LCD HDTV
Business Week says the flat-screen set stands out in its class.
By Swanni
That's according to a review by Business Week magazine.
The publication gives the flat-screen set, model LN-T3253H, four stars out of a possible five. While the reviewer notes that he's advocated larger-screen sets in the past, he says the Samsung LCD is ideal if "you're equipping a smaller room."
The publication says the set, which is priced around $850 online, offers a "wealth of options for media input, lifelike image reproduction (and) deep blacks."
On the down side, it adds that the set's picture-in-picture functionality is limited and it has "minor" lighting issues.
"The set's native resolution of 1,360 by 768 pixels is sufficient to display high-definition images in the 720p format, but struggles with full-HD 1080p feeds. For most people that shouldn't be a problem since there are still so few ways of getting full HD in the first place," the reviewer adds.
