Amazon Now Selling Samsung's 3-D HDTVs

Washington, D.C. (February 28, 2010) -- Amazon.com is now selling Samsung's 46-inch 3-D LED HDTV and 55-Inch 3-D LED HDTV for $2,599 and $3,299 respectively.

The TVs, which also offers 1080p resolution, will display 3-D images with a 3-D Blu-ray player and 3-D glasses. At this time, there are no 3-D Blu-ray players or glasses available at Amazon.

(Additionally, DIRECTV is expected to launch three 3-D HD channels in early summer.)

The sets, model UN55C7000 for the 55-inch TV and model UN46C7000 for the 46-inch TV, also include several Internet apps when connected to an Internet connection, such as YouTube, Skype, eBay and Twitter.
