Bonus Picks:
UFL Football
New York at Florida.
HDNet, 7 p.m.

Lakeview Terrace
Samuel L. Jackson plays a tormented policeman in this riveting Neil La Bute exploration of racism on both sides of the coin. The tension starts when a mixed racial couple moves in next door to Jackson and the old school cop doesn't like it one bit. LaBute does a great job of shifting sympathies from one character to the next, always keeping you guessing. Absorbing drama.
Starz,
7:05 p.m.

Seven Pounds
Will Smith shines as a mysterious benefactor who tries to fix the lives of seven total strangers. Rosario Dawson plays his obligatory hot girlfriend while Woody Harrelson and Barry Pepper are strong in support. Good movie that will keep you guessing until the end.

Starz West, 7:50 p.m.

College Football
Michigan at Iowa.
ABC, 8 p.m.

6
. College Football
Florida at LSU
CBS, 8 p.m.

7. We Own the Night
Mark Wahlberg and Joaquin Phoenix star as Cain and Abel brothers who join forces when their cop father is endangered by a drug gang. Eva Mendes plays Phoenix's obligatory hot girlfriend while veteran actor Robert Duvall is as comfortable as an old shoe as their police captain Dad. (He kinda' looks like an old shoe these days, too, but that's another story...)
See our 'HD Hottie' profile of Eva Mendes.
Starz Edge, 9 p.m.

8. The Incredible Hulk
Edward Norton stars in a cerebral edition of the Hulk (except, of course, when he gets angry; you won't like him when he gets  angry.). Liv Tyler comes along for the ride as his obligatory hot lab assistant and love interest. William Hurt and a very short Tim Roth chew the scenery as Tyler's general/Dad and a wacko military officer respectively. A diverting two hours with some appropriately cheesy CGI effects.
See our 'HD Hottie' profile of Liv Tyler.

Cinemax West, 9 p.m.

9. Hitman
Timothy Olyphant plays an assassin who risks his life to save a beautiful Russian woman.
'Bond Girl' Olga Kurylenko (Quantum of Silence) plays the obligatory hot Russian woman. No further questions needed.
See our 'HD Hottie' profile of Olga Kurylenko.
HBO 2, 10:45 p.m.

10
. Saturday Night Live (new)
Drew Barrymore hosts (and hawks Whip It) and
Regina Spektor will deliver a musical interlude or two.
See our 'HD Hottie' profile of Drew Barrymore.
NBC, 11:35 p.m.
