Washington, D.C. (April 27, 2008) -- High-Definition TVs are now in roughly 30 million U.S. homes and there are scores of high-def programming choices.

But which shows should you watch?

Every day here at TVPredictions.com, I scan the HD programming aisles and serve up 10 programs so good -- so hot! -- that you can't miss them.

We call this list, "The Hottest Shows in HDTV!" And here they are for Sunday, April 27, 2008: (All times Eastern)


1. NBA Basketball
Cleveland at Washington in game four. Cavs up 2-1.
ABC, 1 p.m.

2. Golf
Final round play in
the Liberty Mutual Legends of Golf in Savannah, Ga.
CBS, 1 p.m.

. NHL Hockey
Rangers vs. Penguins in game two of their Stanley Cup series.
NBC, 2 p.m.

4. MLB Baseball
The Angels visit the Tigers.
ESPN, 8 p.m.

5. Monk
Hollywood decides to put Monk's life on film. Stanley Tucci guest stars.
ABC, 8 p.m.

8. Dexter
The Ice Truck Killer leaves behind a few garish clues.

9. The Sopranos

Tony and Paulie hide out in Miami.
HBO, 10 p.m.

10. The Number 23
Jim Carrey stars as a man mysteriously fascinated with the number 23. Keep him away from the Blackjack tables in Vegas and he'll be okay.
