March 11: Swanni's 10 Hottest Shows In HDTV!

Washington, D.C. (March 11, 2010) -- High-Definition TVs are now in more than 40 million U.S. homes and there are scores of high-def programming choices.

But which shows should you watch? And why?

 Every day here at TVPredictions.com, I scan the HD programming aisles and serve up 10 programs so good -- so hot! -- that you can't miss them. Sports, movies, primetime comedies and drama -- they're all there and in beautiful high-def.

We call this list, "The Hottest Shows in HDTV!" And here they are for Thursday, March 11, 2010: (All times Eastern -- and don't forget the link below to today's 'HD Hottie -- in fact, today there are 2 of them!

 1. College Basketball
 ACC Tournament. Georgia Tech vs. North Carolina.
ESPN 2, 7 p.m.
2. College Basketball
 Big East Tournament. Pittsburgh vs. TBA. That TBA team is tough, too.
ESPN, 7 p.m.
3. American Idol (new)
 Four more contestants will be eliminated tonight. Oh, the humanity! Plus, household name Scott Giraud (household name in his own household, that is.) will perform. Oh, the humanity!
Fox, 8 p.m.

4. NBA Basketball Doubleheader
 Bulls at Magic, followed by Trail Blazers at Warriors.
TNT, 8 p.m.

5. CSI (new)
 The team investigates the murder of a young boy. Oddly, the episode is entitled, "Neverland," which happened to be the name of Michael Jackson's ranch house. What are you trying to tell us, CSI producers?
CBS, 9 p.m.

Big East tournament. West Virginia vs. TBA -- man, that TBA team gets around.
ESPN, 9 p.m.

7 Project Runway
Heidi Klum hosts...oh, that's enough info for you? Ok.

8. Late Night With David Letterman
Tonight's guests include Donald Trump who will wander by to hawk that lousy Apprentice show which premieres this Sunday.

Tonight's guests include Kim Kardashian who will wander by and hawk her E! reality series, I presume.
