HDNet: Last Call For True Music
The indie music show will end its run after nearly six years.
By Katie Daryl
True Music Hostess
Editor's Note: HDNet's True Music, a weekly program featuring up-and-coming bands and musicians, will end a near-six-year run this Sunday. Below, Katie Daryl, the show's host from the beginning, reports on what she has planned for the final episode, which airs Sunday night on HDNet at 8 p.m.
After five and a half years, and almost 300 bands, we've decided to close the curtains on this fabulous HD music show. Of course you can still catch all my crazy antics on Deadline! each Friday and we are working on some new projects as well, so fear not I'm not going anywhere!
But please tune in this Sunday for some fabulous 5.1 (Dolby Digital) concerts in HD. Lisa Loeb will be performing her long time fan favorite song, Stay ( I missed you) -- and let me tell ya, in high-def, her skin is flawless and the music will give you chills.

Also appearing: the Cowboy Junkies, another band that will make your hair stand up -- soulful, deep and beautiful on stage! The lights look amazing and the stage is covered in long stem roses, simply perfect.
And you won't want to miss 'The California Guitar Trio, Dishwalla and many other killer bands.
Thanks so much for your support for this great TV show and make sure you keep your recorders set for Deadline! (Next week I'll be training as a burlesque dancer -- hubba hubba!)
