November 18: Swanni's 10 Hottest Shows In HDTV!

Washington, D.C. (November 18, 2008) -- High-Definition TVs are now in more than 30 million U.S. homes and there are scores of high-def programming choices.

But which shows should you watch? And why?

 Every day here at TVPredictions.com, I scan the HD programming aisles and serve up 10 programs so good -- so hot! -- that you can't miss them. Sports, movies, primetime comedies and drama -- they're all there and in beautiful high-def.

We call this list, "The Hottest Shows in HDTV!" And here they are for Tuesday, November 18, 2008: (All times Eastern -- and don't forget the link below to today's 'HD Hottie -- in fact, today there are six of them!

1. NHL Hockey
Minnesota at Pittsburgh.
Versus, 7 p.m.

 2. House
 Foreman takes on a case that leaves him questioning whether he can perform without House's supervision. Of course he can't. Look at the title of the show, Foreman? Is it Foreman? No, it's House, you idiot!

 Fox, 8 p.m.
3. Dancing With the Stars
 Kim Kardashian got her butt kicked -- and what a butt it is -- but she's out of the competition. (And they kicked Toni Braxton's butt out, too! I think the judges are prejudiced against nice butts.) Now, Brooke Burke, Rocket Man Lance Bass and Warren Sapp's big butt will have to keep viewers glued to their seats. Tonight, another celebrity gets his or her butt booted.

4. 90210 (new)
 Everyone's frothy fave from the 1990s is back with new characters (and some old ones -- Jenny Garth, Shannon Doherty). Tonight, the gap between Kelly (Garth) and Brenda (Doherty) gets wider. Uh-oh. Looks like someone might be written out of the show.

 5. Dan Rather Reports (new)
The veteran newsman investigates pollution caused by roads and parking lots.

Program descript: "Patrick stages a seance to prove a supposed psychic is a fake." Okay, no more seance jokes, Barack.
CBS, 9 p.m.

9. Eli Stone (new)
Program descript: "Eli fights to maintain a billionaire philanthropist as a client." Hmm, an attorney wants to keep a billionaire as a client? Yeah, those ABC writers are really working hard on coming up with new plots, aren't they?
ABC, 10 p.m.
