Washington, D.C. (March 16, 2010) -- Phillip Swann, president of TVPredictions.com, who's also known as Swanni, is using his Twitter page to urge TV providers to add more High-Definition channels.

To support Swanni's campaign, he's urging high-def fans to join his SwannionHD Twitter page as a follower.

"The more people who sign up on our Twitter page, the more clout we'll have in pushing DIRECTV, Dish Network, Comcast. etc. to add more HD!" Swanni says.

Here are some recent 'tweets' Swanni has posted about the lack of HD channels offered by TV providers.

"Getting an HD channel added to the DIRECTV lineup these days is harder than passing a health care plan."

"Charter Cable has been lollygagging on adding new HD channels."

"Comcast's pitiful offering of HD channels in small and mid-sized markets is a scandal."

"More evidence of how Comcast sucks on HD -- now offers 40 HD channels in Decatur, Ill; tells town it can't expand HD lineup til September."

"Why can't Comcast just focus on its core audience? TV viewers! Keep screwing them, Brian Roberts, and you'll lose everything."
