Washington, D.C.
(April 23, 2007) --
Verizon FiOS, the telco's
TV service, has added three new High-Definition channels.
The channels are: HGTV HD, Food Network HD and Lifetime Movie Network HD.
The launch was reported earlier this month at TVPredictions.com after several Internet message boards posted comments saying the channels were suddenly added to their FiOS lineup in Texas and Florida.
However, Verizon confirmed today that the three channels would be added to all FiOS systems by week's end.
